What payment methods do you accept?
VIPtv accepts PayPal on this site. We have also partnered with Square for initial purchase and subscription payments using credit cards on our company's main site: vipds.square.site
How do I set up my VIPtv Box?
Here are the basic steps you'll need to follow in order to set up the VIPtv box:

Attach the power plug the VIPtv power in and plug the connector into a power outlet.

Plug the HDMI cable into the VIPtv box and the other end of the HDMI cable into an available port on your TV

Make sure your TV input is connected to the HDMI port for the VIPtv box.

At this point you should see the VIPtv logo and IMPlayer on your screen.

Use your remote to select Settings

Under settings select Network & Internet

From here select your home network and enter the password when prompted​

Confirm that your device is connected to your home network.

Under settings -> Device Preferences -> Date & Time -> Automatic date & time

Select "use network-provided time"

Under settings -> Device Preferences -> Date & Time -> Select Time Zone

Enter your time zone. (i.e. Eastern Standard time is GMT -5)​

Press the HOME button to return to the main menu​
